Evan & Sue, the proud owners of Torquay Mitre 10 started the business in 1984 and continue to have a hands-on roll in the day to day running of the business. Evan and Sue have, from day one, set about building a business that had a strong involvement with the community, and a strong empathy with the people within that community. Torquay Mitre 10 has definitely succeeded in doing that. Both Evan & Sue agree that while it has been a hard slog, it has been extremely enjoyable and they could not have had the success with Torquay Mitre 10 if it had not been for the support of some fantastic staff and a large number of very loyal customers.

Shaun & Jeff run the Timber & Building Supplies section of Torquay Mitre 10. Shaun & Jeff have extensive experience in the building industry and have established a close working relationship with the local Torquay & Surfcoast builders to ensure that Torquay Mitre 10's Timber & Building Supplies are competitively priced and consistently well stocked.

Paul and Ashley run the Hardware section of Torquay Mitre 10 & head up a team of Hardware Experts who have over 100 years experience in the industry. Paul & Ashley have a wealth of experience in DIY projects and are only too happy to lend their knowledge to make your next project a success.
